Yoga for All

Yoga is a Sanskrit (Indian Language) word meaning union or joining. In reality it's a very general term that encompasses physical purity to the purely spiritual - and everything that is in between.

It is always said by the sages living deep in the Himalayan mountains that if you want a supermemory, to have the focus of a laser beam, the creativity of a genius or the serenity of an Indian yogi , you must earn it and train your mind. This will not occur overnight but it will happen if you use your personal power to make it happen.

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is a foundational text of Yoga. It forms part of the corpos of Sutra literature dating to India's Mauryan period. In Indian philosophy, Yoga (also Raja Yoga to distinguish it from later schools) is the name of one of the six orthodox philosophical schools. Yoga is practiced in India since ages the land of GODs since ages as this will balance your body & emotions, restoring a sense of well-being and energy.
